Booking TERMS & Conditions
Confirmation & Deposit / Final Payment: A 50 % deposit is required to confirm a booking, and is payable to managing company Heggøy Aktiv AS within 10 days of receipt of confirmation invoice. The final 50% is due for payment to Heggøy Aktiv AS 90 days prior to travel to Olderø Fly fishing Lodge.
Cancellation: Due to the non refundable nature of river lease payments and other seasonal costs and exspenses, deposits and final payments are non refundable unless a full paying replacement rod is found. Exceptions are solely as may be agreed by Heggøy Aktiv AS on a case-by-case basis, or in the invent of a force majeure.
‘All bookings confirmations and cancellations must be confirmed via email. All anglers visiting are advised to take out a travel insurance policy that covers their trip in the event they are unable to travel to Olderø Fly fishing lodge.
